I haven't commented on your stuff in a while. I'm that ProRaindancer guy from deviantART. I've had a soft spot for Tails ever since the beginning, and he's great in your style. I'm a big fan of your choice to keep the three toed feet, and I'd eagerly enjoy whatever other hypothetical Tails pics you'd make in the future.
The one minor pointer I could try to offer is I feel like the rack Tails's spread-eagle position isn't centered to the rack that he's on, making the cuffs off-center. Other than that, I can't find any issues with it.

No problem and if you like animated tickle scene I suggest you to come see Minco and Minco2 's youtube channel you will see so lot of great scene human and not ^^ I give to y9u the link for each interesting channel about tickle stuff :

After you teased the WIP some time ago, it was very pleasant to see the finished drawing with Tails now! You gave him some gorgeous bare feet here, so plump and with big toes in the perfect 3-toes-style! Adorable how not only his soles but also his cute chubby belly are getting tickled x3 Good thing that he is so tightly restrained, that way he will have to endure this tickle torture for a looong time until he gives in
