I always meant to ask this ;o

I know you use OC but do you do those backgrounds ''on'' OC?

Oh, lately I've been using Gimp more, this was all drawn in Gimp

all you need to do is make a layer with base color in Gimp, and gradient fill it from say black to red like here
then Filters - Render - Patterns - Grid
customize it and there ya go

Gimp, hmmm... I had that once but I couldn't figure it out for the hell of me but I do admire those backgrounds you do. I might give it a shot, thanks ^^;
