Besides the not-so-common Eye of Providence, the bird doesn't seem to look like the dove typically representing the Holy Ghost, but a raven, and its halo looks like the Blood Moon to me.
The inscription in Swedish is Mark 1:11, so one of the humans is apparently John the Baptist.

As I mention, it is the Eye of Providence, an aspect of the Father god. It was depicted from ancient times, though adopted to Cristianity about 16th-17th century. It was used by multiple different groups since -- and actually its use was pretty well known since at least 18th century.
