Lol. It was amusing how often I got calls about unexpected data usage. I don't know about now, but at the time the plans had "Unlimited text and picture/video messaging" but what they didn't tell you was that picture/video messages used data.
Or the people who called in complaining about going over their minutes insisting that they didn't use that many, only for me to inform them that their minutes were used calling 1-800 numbers. "But those are toll free" they said. Yeah, they don't charge you to call them, but the cell company still uses your minutes to call them, its just not a separate fee.
