When I first saw this on my phone, I thought the sand was real and you drew over it. then I took another look and realized that was all painted.
That is the most realistic dune I have ever seen in my life. I love this picture! XD

Such vast space within the background is grand in its undertaking as it develops the whole basis for what is implied visually and gives depth to the character, just a fantastic piece to see...

Basically going to copy what everyone else has said, splendid job on a gorgeous piece! The amount of detail that has gone into the sand dune alone is spectacular.
