Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
I am very satisfied with the functionality of this tail. It doesn't slide around my waist during activity (running, jumping, etc) and it looks really cute when it bounces! It slides through my belt nicely and doesn't get in the way when I'm walking.
There have been no tears or physical issues with appearance of the tail. The straps are secure and functional.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
This tail looks absolutely wonderful. There are no incorrect markings, the fur is high quality and soft, it is very evenly shaved, and works perfectly for my character. The fur is able to be brushed with ease, and the S-curve combined with the smoothed out fur makes for a very nice look.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
I haven't had the chance to try this item with any other parts of my suit since they haven't been made yet, but I have confidence that this tail will fit in nicely.

I contacted the maker through an online site. I purchased the tail from a premade offer they had listed.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
The maker got back to me very quickly after they had noticed I made a mistake during the ordering process. We communicated through email.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
I feel I was treated very well by the maker and I would love to work with them on more fursuit parts in the future! It was not an unprofessional exchange, but they treated me as an equal as well as a customer. They were kind, understanding, and communicated with clarity.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Very satisfied! We communicated often throughout the process. The maker was on vacation at the time of ordering, so the product was shipped out a little bit later than usual, but it was no issue.


Are you happy with the product you received?
This tail is 100% worth what I paid for it. I love it so much and haven't been able to stop wearing it around the house since I got it. Cosplay Dawn has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Cosplay Dawn is a kind, considerate maker who really pours their heart into their products. I felt comfortable and confident communicating with them around the item I was buying, and I am extremely happy with the final product! It is an amazingly soft and cute tail that makes for easy transportation and has great wear quality. I can't wait to finish up the rest of my suit and try it out with that! I seriously can't recommend this maker enough.
