This is not Herodotus. I created a race of ratmen called "Skith", for my fantasy RPG world. A friend like them so much that he incorporated them into his world as well. He even let me run one as a player character. So, this is Cpt. LaFontain, late of the Emorian Cavalry. Yes, he has flintlocks in his world. By the way, skith do not have very good reputation. They are not the sort of person with whom you would want to trust your rent money.
