I've seen a lot of debate about this topic .w. But I honestly think the "pixel art" label should strictly be applied to media where you can literally recognize every pixel in the piece.

Personally, I'm very curious about pixelart and I'd like to try it some time too, also good luck in your art journey to find your pixels! It's great to try new stuff and I'm very intrigued about how beautiful your style will look as pixies! Whoops, I meant pixels~ They're both small tho! (forgive my silly pun please .w. )
