Hands are quite important and when they aren't posed naturally I find that it stands out against the rest of the image. I'm practicing with hands since I find it difficult to manipulate wrists and thumbs without using a reference.
Interrupted practice to finalize this little piece. Camera fell on this frame by chance and I decided to pose the rest of his body for a quick shot. Lights are pre-made, they assist with posing. The map contains lights for the sake of practicing while requiring less setup.
Model posed and rendered using Source Filmmaker. Final render was edited using GIMP.
