This started out as a quick and simple sketch that I was going to scrap, then I ended up liking it. I worked on it a bit more, and decided to post it, although it is unfinished. Dr. Robert Bolton is a pretty obscure character even though quite a few people saw Street Sharks. I couldn't find any human fanart of him, and not much fanart period. So I decided to give him a part in K-9 Agency. He will be on of the scientists in the K-9 Agency Lab, trying to make the world a better place. He doesn't know how he got to the K-9 Agency World, or how he became human again, since his mutated form couldn't be shifted back in his own world. But he retains all of his memories and he still can feel the monster within.
