Amelia and Bailey are in some ways more alike than the former would ever want to admit, both of them being "strays" of a sort in the city of Almont, doing what they can to survive and get by. Bailey views the two of them as kindred spirits and is always happy to spend time with her feline companion. Amelia, well...doesn't quite agree with that sentiment. Still, despite her efforts to get the dog to back off, Bailey's positive energy has a weird tendency to win out, to the cat's annoyance and dismay.

Is Bailey just completely oblivious to how uncomfortable Ames is with being that friendly? Is it actually all just a big sweetheart act to try and thaw Amelia's naturally-cold heart? If so...is it actually working at all?
