complexity influences price. a simple character that i don't have to heavily edit the base to create is $20, a complex character that i have to do a LOT of editing to create is $25 - $30.
customs start at $30 & the price will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
can make it nsfw by adding close-up boxes featuring those parts upon request~ this also influences price, though not by much ( $3 ).
i can also make outfits for you using either one of waitress' chibi outfit makers for an additional $5 an outfit!
