Oh, and I just remembered; the little question mark diamonds that you get when you submit a plain .txt file on FA can be remedied by FIRST typing the poem out in Word, then saving it as a plain .txt file (essentially a notepad version); HOWEVER, it will give you the option of substituting symbols (just check that box). Then, when you submit THIS .txt file, they'll show up as apostrophe marks. ^^
