While at Megaplex 2018, the blade horn piece of my Exveemon mask came off, it didn't break looks more like glue failure. I'm asking for advice from other fursuiters, or fursuit makers on what type of adhesive to use to fix this. Thank you in advance to those who give advice on this.

You might want to try e600, it'll smell for a little while so you'll need to keep it somewhere until it cures but that stuff seems to work the best. If you can't get that then try regular super glue, however that may not be as effective for something so large!

will that do damage to resin, cuz I think the frame of the head is molded resin

It shouldn't! I would wash the bottom of the horn piece in some soapy water first so it will get a nice bond and just in case it would react to other glue that was there? (even though it shouldn't)

I used the E6000 and it seems to be holding up well, thanks for the suggestion

Perhaps try on Hot melt adhesive?
I used that for all glueing places
