Absolutely ^^ It was one of the first anime's I ever saw when I was little (along with the 2 Unico movies) granted it was the American version Warriors of the Wind,that nearly gave Miyazaki a massive heart attack seeing how badly it was edited v__v The only thing I give the 80's american version, was the voice actors were WAAAAAYYY better... yes even with Patrick Stewart in the Disney-ized version... :S
But yes ^^ Thanks to my Mom, Nausicaa was my initial introduction to anime and the love that is Miyazaki ;3

....Did you say UNICO TOO??!! OMG!!! WARRIORS OF THE WIND!!! That was classic!! Despite yes being terribly butchered, at the time, and not knowing who had made it and such, it really was a good cartoon. My sis and I grew up on tons of classic/unknown today cartoons. Sweet!!
Yeah, ya know? I'm actually extremely surprised that neither of the Unico movies ever made it onto current american DVDs :< had to go online and download just to watch them again.... but at least I had that much. ^^ I love all the oldies, but goodies... Certainly don't make'um like they used to ;~; Children are being raised to sheltered now a days I think.

Thank ya ^^ They've become something of an obsessive look... tho I felt it kinda fit the way Teto looks normally, They're on my monstery swamp beast in my gallery and in debate about putting them on my chimera/kirin hybrid I"ve been toying with...
