The Enforcers have arrived! Late as usual... Heh, yeah, Commander Ulysses Feral has sometimes arrived after the villain has been caught, and I made him late into my My Little SWAT Kats just for that joke. ^^ I may still create a couple more, but in the meantime... I know at least one person who will be disappointed that Feral doesn't have much chin, but he's at least still got that disapproving scowl. ^^ I was afraid I wouldn't have room on his coat for the Enforcer insignia, cuz I usually print out that kind of thing, cut it, and paste it onto the pony, but I didn't wanna waste the paper finding the right size and I kinda didn't wanna put it on the flank. ::shrugs:: I think I did a good job hand-painting them on. I had a little issue with his hair, thinking I might do Sugru, but I wasn't satisfied with the shape and... black Sugru smudges so toasting much. @_@ And I at least had black hair. After I put some in and glued them I decided later to add a few more hair plugs, which broke at least one more needle because trying to add more hair to existing glued plugs was pretty solid. Ahh well, it's done.
