Part 3 of a commission story for

In the events after the TV-Show "Steven Universe" ends a now late teen Connie finds that she wants to change her body to get larger, and with the help of the fatty Gem Amethyst she starts her training in getting BIG!
Part 3 shows them asking Garnet on how she thinks of the whole "Gaining Weight" thing, and it seems like she has a very split mind about it.
Steven Universe belongs to Rebecca Sugar.
After that little incident Pearl made sure to not try and interfere again as Amethyst's "training" of Connie went on, as the young lady was quickly starting to pack on a few pounds as the days went on.
Being in the bathroom together Connie stepped onto Steven's scale, and both Amethyst and Connie was pretty amazed to see how after just one week she had managed to gain an impressive 18 pounds!
"That's almost 2 whole pounds per day! I didn't even know it was possible to gain weight that quickly!" Connie said in great joy, as she could even start to see how the midsection of her shirt was starting to poke out from her gut filling it out.
"When you really want something then your body can do very crazy things." Amethyst said as she proved her point by making her own body turn her into a purple version of Steven's pet Lion. (Except besides the colour it was easy to tell it was Amethyst, due to the heavy gut hanging down her even when in animal form.)
"That's easy for you to say, since you can just transform yours at will." Connie said as she then got a bit silent, as she looked like she had just had the biggest mind blown of her life.
"What is it now?" Amethyst asked as she changed herself back, as Connie turned back to her and asked, "I just wonder...how would a weight gain work on a fusion?"
"Well, there is only one way to find out!" Amethyst said as she took Connie hand, and gave her very typical smirk of having something good planned.
"So what was it you wanted to ask me again?" Garnet asked confused as Connie tried to explain it again.
"Well, I told Amethyst here that it would be interesting to know if one half of a fusion suddenly decided to gain some weight, would that also make the fusion form fat, or still stay the same?" Connie asked, as it all felt a bit awkward to ask in front of Garnet if she would be willing to help with this experiment.
"Honestly, I have never known." Garnet said as she was feeling her own slim stomach. "I have always just been as Ruby and Sapphire wanted to be like when together. I've never actually thought if I even can change."
"Do you think that is something you would like to try, maybe?" Connie asked carefully as Garnet remained silent for a few moments before then saying, "I think a part of me would like to give it a try."
"Which part of you exactly then?" Connie asked curious as Garnet instead of answering her started to glow, as she then started to shrink down before then becoming split into her two halves Ruby and Sapphire!
"I would like to try doing it!" Ruby said proudly, as Amethyst was very surprised and said "I never took you as the one willing to get fat like that."
"Not really no, but ever since I spent a full day pretending to be a cowboy I always would love to just try something that would be involving just me." Ruby explained as Sapphire added that, "And I have already told Ruby that I am 100% supportive on whatever she would like to try out."
That's when Amethyst got a briljant idea as she said, "You know, you are known for always wanting to take on a challenge Ruby? Then how about you taken on Connie in an eating contest!"
"Wait what?!" Connie asked confused as Amethyst pulled her aside and said "Trust me. Having known Ruby for a very long time I can tell you that there isn't a challenge she is willing to back down from." before Ruby then stepped up and proudly said, "I'm in on your challenge!"
"My brave Ruby!" Sapphire said as he gave a loving hug to her partner, as she added "Who knows? Maybe I end up liking you even more when there is more of you to love?"
"See my point?" Amethyst whispered to Connie, as the two of them now was settled to try and see who could truly eat the most!
After waiting for a little while Amethyst had returned back to the Beach House, carrying what looked like a ton of flat looking boxes.
"Got your ammunition for the battle, guys!" Amethyst said as she placed the pile of boxes in the middle of the room, with the very large word "PIZZA" written on it.
As Connie and Ruby then got told to each sit on either side of the pizza pile Amethyst went on to explain the rules.
"Here we have 20 pizzas that "Fish Stew Pizza" was so kindly to make for us. When I open the first box you both will start to eat as much as you can, where the one getting the last slice gets a point. Once the first pizza is all gone I'll quickly pull the empty box away and have you start on the second one. Whoever that manages to eat the most wins." Amethyst said as she then made herself ready to open up the first box for them.
Sitting behind Ruby was Sapphire for support as Amethyst leaned over to Connie and said, "You might think that after just 1 week you'll know everything there is about eating, but believe me when I say that when Ruby is set on winning something she wont stop until she wins it, so don't stop eating!"
One look at the other end of that pizza pile Connie could indeed see that Ruby had that fighting spirit in her eyes, as she might just be able to make things very hard for her!
"Get ready...set...GO!!!" Amethyst shouted as the first lid was being open up, and the steamy smell of a freshly baked pizza hit the room.
Neither Connie nor Ruby wasted any time as they both started to eat down at the first pizza at a rapid pace, with Connie ending up getting the last slice on the first round.
For the next 4 rounds she continued on getting points, even as the distance between how much of each pizza there were eating kept getting smaller and smaller.
By pizza number 5 Connie still won, but this time it was on the second that she managed to grab that last slice.
"Unbelievable! While I am getting fuller here, Ruby looks like she is almost endless!" Connie thought to herself, as Ruby indeed looked almost like a machine in how she was just eating and eating without slowing down one bit!
At pizza number 6 the tides started to turn as Connie ended up losing her first point to Ruby, who was still looking as if she had only first now started eating!
This went on for the next couple of rounds as while Connie was slowing down much more due to her getting fuller, Ruby was still having that same poker face of determination on not giving in to any sort of pains on her own.
"Is she even actually eating the food, or just storing it somewhere?" Connie was asking herself as more and more boxes was being taken away, and she could finally then witness the great dome of swell that was Ruby's belly!
This settled any doubts she had been having about where all that pizza was going, as it seemed like while she had been taking it slowly to let some of hers digest properly, Ruby had just been constantly filling herself up non-stop!
The red little Gem's gut was looking as big as a basketball now, and as they just ended round 10 with Ruby making the scores 5-5 Connie had to wonder when the limits of her opponent would be reached.
Her answer came already in the next 11th round as when Ruby got about halfway into the pizza she suddenly looked like she was about to poof!
But instead she just rolled over onto her back, and was letting out great roars of pain from having her overly filled belly finally telling her that this was enough!
For Connie this was her chance at winning as she quickly finished up pizza number 11, and then went all in and completely devoured the 12 and final pizza, making the final score 7-5 to her!
"AAAAAND, we have a winner!" Amethyst said as she raised Connie's arms like in boxing, and Connie herself was feeling overjoyed over having been able to beat such a though opponent as Ruby.
Ruby herself was being comforted by Sapphire, and in an attempt to "Take away some of your pains" the blue and red Gems started to fuse together again.
In their place now was once again Garnet, but this time she was looking like she too had been eating a whole lot, as she had a belly the size of a soccer ball instead poking out through her outfit.
"Guess that means that even a fusion can take on the fat from one of the Gems." Connie said to Amethyst before then asking Garnet how she was feeling.
"Less pain then I did as just Ruby, but I still think I need to get some rest." Garnet said as she went over to rest by the couch as Amethyst and Connie started to clean up all the pizza boxes left behind.
