Story: One day, as Michalis was visiting the island, a Bagon of similar size and musculature had also come to shore looking for the Axew. Quickly reuniting with his friend and introducing himself as Zephiel, the Bagon quickly disclosed a fact that Michalis had kept under wraps: that he and Michalis has come from an island where all its residents were of similar size. Seeming to enjoy the island, Zephiel stuck with Michalis, and eventually tried on diapers to impress him, agreeing to keep Puff Vista a secret to everyone back at their home. He and Michalis visit frequently now.

Personality: Zephiel is less restrained than Michalis, being more brash and proud, and less quiet in general. He's competitive and fears being weak or lesser to others his age. He's a little less careful, but with Michalis' insistence, he tries to be cautious around those smaller than him. Like Michalis, Zephiel is very passionate and affectionate, something that comes out often around his Axew friend. It's very clear that Zephiel has a crush on his best friend, but it's unclear if Michalis reciprocates the feeling.
