Oh WOW--she grew a LOT in the short time she was away from you! And lookit those stunning golden eyes!

Right now, they're more blue-green. But, the vet and I agree that she's going to have golden yellow eyes. I'd love it if they turned green but I know green eyed cats are rarer than green eyed humans. But, I can wish, can't I? LOL.

You may get lucky and she'll keep the green shade around her pupils, and have the more golden color around the outer edges of the iris like my gray kitty does. My gray tabby girlie actually did have green eyes her whole life--sort of a sea-green that I'm sure were trying their darndest to turn yellow-gold but nope, she had those lovely eyes all her life :)

I know it's been a while since you made the above comment but, I just wanted to let you know that you were right. Me-you's eyes are mostly yellow but there is a hint of green around her pupils.

LOL No worries---I trust the little one is doing well and being a fuzzball of excitement! :)

Oh, but, my. She's into anything and everything that even remotely crosses her sight. She accompanies my 83 year old mother down the hall whenever she has to go to the bathroom and sits outside waiting for her to finish. She attacks her older "brother" all the time. Whenever I open the refrigerator, she has to crawl inside to see what we've changed and then attacks my hand whenever I drag her out of it. She has to help me when I go to take a shower. You name it and, if she hasn't, she'll probably try it. She's definitely the light of my life right now.

That is too cute!!! My cats occasionally try to follow me to the restroom as well, only to end up waiting (disgruntled of course) outside while I close the door XD I can't seem to get them to understand that i'm fully capable of 'using the litterbox' on my own I guess!

Ah I'm so happy to hear she's doing so well--and being a little rascal at that!

Oh, yes. Every now and then, Me-you starts acting like she's had two cups of espresso that's been sweetened by 1/2 a cup of pure caramel and molasses. I mean she all but bounces off the walls. LOL.

Loooooool oh lord I love when they get the zoomies and go careening around like that haha!!

My mother, who isn't fond of any animal, has told me on more than one occasion that she's grown quite attached to and very fond of little Me-you. She says that Me-you entertains her all day long.

That's awesome!! ^_^

And Me-you loves my mom almost as much as she loves me.

That's even more awesome--the little fuzzy knows she's got y'all wrapped around her finger...er, tail? LOL

Oh, she does. But, I believe I mentioned in another photo of her that I got her when she was 4 weeks old. (Someone dumped her in my yard. The SOB.) So, basically, I'm the only mother she remembers since I took her in and took care of her when she needed it.

we're sort of a crash house for strays here, it would seem XD once in awhile one will surprise us (heck, that's how I acquired my current fuzzies!)
