...Pretty sure you can't copyright a freakin' red lizard with clothes on.
If I flipped out every time I saw a hyena with a green tongue and green claws (a much larger coincidence), then I'd at least have some grounds, but I don't do that. You can't make up characters anymore and expect that you'll never find one that has similarities to it. It's just not realistic, sorry.
