It features Lizzy "On the Road to Nowhere" as she attempts to cross a rickety bridge. You can tell by her wrecked clothes and lack of boots she's been through some shit already. She must've taken a bit of a tumble and only at the last minute was able to cling onto the rotting wood of one of the bridge planks by her feet.

She's not happy about this predicament at all; wondering how she even got into this mess.

Things aren't going to get any easier. Her weight is forcing her toes to slowly slip off from the edge of the plank one by one.
In panic and desperation she talks to her "girls" to stay together. By girls of course I mean her toes. Quite an affectionate way to refer to them given her perilous situation.
