Hey all, since my eye surgery I'm extremely limited in the time I can spend looking at a computer screen, and of that time it has to basically happen at night. So since I can only be on for short bursts, but I still want to make stuff for you all, so I thought I'd do a Choose Your Own Adventure full of TF, expansion, and all the other good stuff you come here for..
A Marvel of Modern spaceflight, the Copernicus is a colony ship boasting thousands of passengers and hundreds of crew off to start life on a far-flung world! This multi-level super-cruiser has everything needed for decades of space travel before becoming a permanent settlement upon landing. With a full suite of residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, the Copernicus is a city on the wing, complete with dining, entertainment, medical, spiritual, teaching and enrichment services for all your waking needs. For the majority of the trip, however, all but a rotating skeleton crew will be in stasis, their aging halted and any health issues tended to automatically.
With a hiss of pressurized gas, the lid lifts off of something above you, accompanied by mechanical whirring sounds. You feel as though you've been asleep for years, and as you sit up you realize you're in some kind of pod, almost coffin-shaped. You jump as tubes you hadn't realized were inside you pull out, and you scoot to the lower end of the coffin before crawling out.
"GOOD MORNING, CITIZEN!" A synthesized voice says as your feet touch the cold floor, seeing other coffin-pods around the room, some sealed, some open. "TEMPORARY CLOTHING HAS BEEN PROVIDED," It says, and you notice a medical gown on a small shelf built into the outside of your pod. "HOW ARE YOU FEELING?"
"I'm... confused," You mutter. Your own voice feels weak in your throat, unsure how long it's been since it's been used. "Where am I exactly, what's going on?" You know it's a standard gamut of questions but it's all you can think of at the moment. Realizing far too late that you're naked, you reach for the gown and quickly strap it around your body, a more pressing set of questions leaping to your lips.
"...Who am I?"

doing a quick and easy little thing to keep my writing skills sharp while I wait for my eyes to heal enough to be able to actually stare at a screen long enough to write commissions. Kind of like a sexy D&D, only you don't have any stats (That you can see ;3) and failure doesn't mean game over.
So, with that said, let's open the first round of suggestions!
DECISION ONE: What is your name?
Just fluff, but you start out as male, so try to pick something fitting.
(Note gender is really easy to change as you go through the game)
DECISION TWO: What is your field of study?
You're part of the science team, so you must be really smart at something. What is it?
Any suggestion is worth a point, but suggestions with reasoning or forethought to them will be worth extra points!

You are a biologist, specializing in agriculture and intended to be woken up when the ship reached a planet. You consider why they brought you out of stasis early. Perhaps you were woken early because they need your expertise for some unanticipated problem?
