meet azari-jo, better known as azari! he is currently part of two universes, one being skyrim and one being regular everyday life! he is a khajiit of the clouded leopard variety, or simply a leopard outside of that, and is actually friends with my main khajiit rokuzou!

he has the ability to 'combine' spells, and is often mixing frost and fire. azari once taught at the college of winterhold before he lost control of his powers, injuring several students and staff. the blue markings on his chest and back were there when he was born, and started glowing the first time he lost control. azari was cast from the college until he could learn just what he was and how to control his abilities. from there, he met rokuzou at the winterhold inn, and they've been traveling skyrim together ever since.
