Ive no idea what this character is so ill hold a raffle for it, choose any number between numbers 1-100 and in a weeks time ill put it through an RNG (random number generator) and whoever gets the number or closest to it has the option to adopt the character, have fun!
If no numbers at all occur then the character will be scrapped
