This new character for Sirius will be introduced in the next chapter along with Rios. The Asuna (hyena) tribe are not on good terms with the Amani (lupine) tribes. They are seen as barbaric and treacherous.

Ana at least has the barbaric part right. Not only does that sword look wicked, but there is an unsettling reason she doesn't have a sheath for it.
