This is one of a group of super-powered anthropomorphic characters that were originally created for a Champions game but have gone through quite a few changes since then. I have plans of doing something with them at some point, but it's just so hard to find the time.

Anyway, this is Arsenal. Arsenal possesses very weak but extremely precise magnetic powers. While unable to affect anything heavier than about fifteen to twenty pounds or so, her ability to control ferrous metal under this limit is precise and unerring. Trained as a bounty hunter and mercenary-for-hire, she puts the two together with great effectiveness. It takes a lot less power to pull a trigger and magnetically tweak the path of the bullet than it does to propel it to that speed unaided.

Arsenal has a very in your face, take no crap attitude. She has a fiery temper but is actually one of the more "good" members of the team. She doesn't usually use her powers to kill, but rather to avoid doing so. One of her frequent tricks is to shoot someone in the chest with a heavy handgun but stop the bullet at the exact point of impact. The kinetic force still hits them like a truck, but the bullet doesn't actually penetrate.

I think this is the most detailed picture I've done to date, and marked a change in style that I still use.
