G-Force has power over the forces of gravity. He can fly by negating the effect of gravity on himself, fire blasts of gravitational force, produce shields of force, increase or negate the effect of gravity on others, and other such effects.
A former test pilot of experimental aircraft, G-Force joined the team against his better judgement. He's been conscripted into being the team's field commander, a job he hates. It severely tries his patience trying to get a team of mavericks and lone wolves to fight together as a cohesive unit. Mainly because he himself is just such a maverick but can't indulge in his independent attitude so long as the others look to him for leadership.
G-Force is my oldest character, dating back (at least in concept) to 1987 or whenever it was Top Gun came out, somewhere around then. Up until recently his costume dated back to that time as well, and was absolutely horrible. I like this new one much better and it's revitalized my interest in his character.

1987? Jeez, the character was created the same year I was. *snicker*
I had pondered over the idea of a gravity-themed superhero myself, but never really put much detail into it (character design is more difficult when you aren't able to draw what you're thinking of).
I hope G-Force's body is incredibly resistant to being crushed, otherwise he'll have to be exceptionally careful when flying around. (though, I suppose that applies to any flying superhero, hmm?)
