Dancie is such a great artist, he does super cute Sonic characters.
I had a mondo crush on Cosmo as a kid, so I had to get her diapered. She seems to have journeyed into Tails room without his permission and took something. Cosmo doesn't understand mammals and wants to know why Tails wears such puffy underwear. She's a Seedrian so I don't think she understands, I bet she finds them cute none the less. I also based the design off of ABU Space (since they are travelling in space during Sonic X, and to make them stand out from the white).
