Haha, the squirrel looks quite... Interesting? Haha. Very nice.

That one is kind of in memorium to a squirrel I had to put out of his pain after my In-Laws' little rat-terrier broke his spine. He actually looked a lot like this guy.

Awww... Poor little guy. I have to admit though, the ostrich is very funny.

And yeah, Mickey is a vicious little dog... if you're a squirrel. I felt so bad for the little guy- there wasn't anything I could do for him, except that, unfortunately. I did manage to rescue a different squirrel on another occasion, though- he limps, now, and I call him Gimpy.

Aww... Poor Gimpy... But that's a cute name for a squirrel though! Haha.

*giggles* Yeah, and I'm hoping he's doing ok. I saw him the next day after I'd rescued him from the dog, and he was running along the neighbour's fence... limping. Heh.

Awww... That's kinda depressing. But at least he recovered.

Yeah. I was pretty upset over the first squirrel, and then Mickie goes after another one less than two days later... Grrr.

Oh, Mickey is the sweetest little thing. I love him hopelessly, and he always comes a-running when he realizes I'm visiting. He just has instincts that are very strong, and he can't resist the squirrels.

Very true. I hate when my rat terrier kills something, cause I feel guilty... But she is the sweetest dog...

Yup, Mickey is a sweetie, too. The most happy to see you, the most cuddly, wants to play all the time... Does yours grab her toys, snarling and shakes the dickens out of them? Then teases you by offering it to you to grab, then runs away so you have to chase her? That's one of Mickey's favourite games, the silly git.

YES! That sounds exactly like mine! She is funny when she's playing. We bought a battery operated mouse cat toy for her and she will shake it, and chase it, and pretty much anything she would with a real one. Haha, she's a goof. And apparently so is Mickey! Haha.

Heh. She sounds pretty awesome! I might think about getting Mickey a mechanical toy- my only worry is that he'd chew it apart and hurt himself with the pieces. His jaws a re pretty brutal for such a little dog.

Yeah, but that's what we do with ours. She hasn't choked or eaten anything as far as we know, so I don't think you'd have a problem getting him a toy like that.

I'd have to ask the In-laws, Mickey lives with them. They'd know how much he takes his toys apart. I've seen him practically eat them, though. I dunno how many toys he's destroyed in the single year I've known that loon of a canine. Heh.

I'm hoping he isn't, or that nitwit will have some interestingly-coloured poop! I do see bits all over the house, though, so I suspect he's just chewing them to pieces and spitting out the fragments. Heh.

Thenkyew! I based the T-rex on a photo I took at the San Diego Animal Park, and drew the chameleon from memory. My fave is the "Gothtrich", though- I can't help but laugh whenever I see it.

*cocks her head* Whut's a Nargus ? Izzat a person who makes avvy's? Never been on Second life, me. Not sure how long it would take me to learn the poses and commands and stuff to get around easily.

Oh, it's easy. Animations (other than walking and standing) are either "sit on something" which has an animation for sitting (which may or may not be sitting--the generic term is Pose Ball, a sphere which has a pose animation in it) or "gestures" which have triggers. Typeing "/wave" for example could trigger a gesture which plays an animation of the avatar waving, or "hehe" could trigger a laughing animation (and also show the text in chat). I don't use gestures much.

And Nargus is someone who makes dinosaur avs (actually, IIRC Nadra models them) and has a while Dinosaur Park set up ah la Jurassic Park style. Nargus is a weird guy though, but I luff him (her? He's currently a her on SL now...silly raptor).

Ah. I think I may have heard the name at a Second Life panel at Califur. Cool. Dunno if I have time to goof around on Second Life, though. Maybe when I actually get a job, so Kani doesn't think I'm loafing online all day, I'll get an avvie on it.
