Insight's powers center around her precognitive abilities. Her brain operates like a highly-advanced computer, allowing her to calculate thousands of variables instantaneously and predict outcomes based on observable data with near-perfect accuracy. She receives glimpses of the future and her instincts are almost never wrong. By focusing her power on a certain question she can scan the collective consciousness of roughly the entire planet in order to find the answer. So long as at least one other person knows what she wants to know, she will know it too, given enough time.

Insight is the team's leader, though she's not very happy about it. She is decidedly ruthless with an "ends justify the means" attitude. Not everyone on the team shares this attitude, which leads to all sorts of internal conflicts. She's generally unpleasant to be around, the others follow her lead because she does seem to know what she's talking about.
