Heya, guys!
So, this is quite a fun little character I've practically fallen in love with as of recent! She's a Latias-Meachmorph hybrid that has the strengths of both, and the weaknesses of either, however her weaknesses aren't nearly as prominent as they seam. Pokémon traits aside, her machine side helps with her organic weak points, and her organic parts help negate her machine weak points! All in all, she's one hard to kill bitch, to say the least!

Name: Subject 31 (aka 'Sonic')
Species: Latias
Experimentation Group: XP3 (postponed to XP4 until after final testing has been completed) <<SEE ADENDUM>>
Audio log transcript excerpt from XP4 science group testing with Subject 31:
"...Subject 31 is a very curious creature who does not seem to obey the laws of physics that we understand them to be. Subject 31 appears to be able to survive in hard vacuum following the implantation of Substance Phi-3. She appears to go so far as to even be able to understand binary code as well as almost any computer language. She also appears to be able to create any form of technology she needs to get any main goal done, ranging from something simple like a pen, to something highly complex, like a gravity well generator. We don't understand the sciences at work, nor do we truly understand the full extent of her abilities, but it is safe to assume to lock her down in a hard vacuum room with closed loop cameras and remote controlled robotics to ensure we can perform further testing. To further prevent any unauthorized remote access of TR property, we do highly recommend using one of our new anti-grav chambers with an electrified base plate to ensure she cannot escape, or at least has a very hard time with it.

"Subject 31 has escaped! We don't 100% how, but it appears she is far stronger than we expected! She appears to have some form of limited psychic abilities as well as other abilities from her namesake race, the Eon Twins, Latias specifically. We did not anticipate any of this leading up to her escape! All we know is our machines turned on us until we found she was completely missing from the chamber!"
