I just read through the whole thing so far. I love how genre-savvy the characters are! One thing I like to do when reading comics like this is imagine who would be perfect voice actors for the characters if the comic was adapted into a cartoon. In your opinion, who would you cast as the voices of Rik, Sasha, and Anthony (and anyone else I forgot to mention)?

I also kind of like doing this, but to be honest, I've struggled to think of good VAs. I'm not really that familiar with many. Would you have any ideas? The only preference I have right now is that Ant woud have an english accent. Thats not really apparent in the comic, but since I'm english, I tend to imagine him as a sarcy british git xD

Ant has an English accent? Neat! I can totally imagine Rik muttering about Ant’s accent and how Ant must think it makes him sound so smart, refined, elegant, etc. and then have poor Rik blushing as he realizes that he just spent a solid minute inadvertently complimenting his rival. As for voice actors, I’ve been on a bit of a My Hero Academia kick recently, so there are a few voice actors from there that I can see fitting these characters. For Anthony, David Matranga would be pretty good since he gives Shoto Todoroki a really aloof disposition that fits Ant’s character well. I’m not sure if he can pull off an English accent, but his cool tone alone would be enough to get under Rik’s skin. As for Sasha, Joel McDonald who plays Yuga Aoyama might be a good fit because he can capture that higher male vocal register. Obviously he would have to use a more nurturing tone as opposed to Yuga’s flamboyant one, but besides that I think he could work. Last but not least, for our little protagonist I was torn between two choices. If we are going for your typical shonen protagonist voice, then Christopher Bevins who voices Hanta Sero could work since he could capture both Rik’s excitable nature and Rik’s self-pity when Anthony knocks him down a peg. Despite this, Rik also comes across a male character who might work well with a female voice actor doing a gruff, boyish voice (since he’s such a tough, little cutie). That’s the case, then I would suggest Erica Mendez, who voiced Ryuko Matoi in the anime ‘Kill la Kill’ since that type of voice can easily capture Rik’s inner uncertainty yet also embody his bravado when it’s time for him to kick some butt. Oh lord, that went on way longer than I intended. Sorry about that. So do any of these suggestions sound like they would fit the characters?

Okay so dont hate me but I watch MHA in sub, ha ha. I'm so used to the japanese voices. I had to look up the dub voices and listen a bit.

All your choices are pretty great. I'm surprised by how different Todoroki's english voice is, its so deep! Definitely want a cool guy voice like that, since Ant is a massive parody of the cool guy character.

Your idea for Rik would work well too. I know what you mean about having a boyish girl instead, but they're around 17 in age and I always imagined him with having his voice broken, so the first option fits better. Just maybe a younger/higher sounding one, though I cant think of any examples off the top of my head.

Sasha is a real tough one, but your suggestion wouldnt be bad. Definitely agree it wants to be a little less flamboyant!
