Had this OC rattling around for years and years now, and I've just never had the time to develop him :/
His name is Gervais and he's a real rascal.
A little lore:
>Lives in a scorching hot desert wasteland, in a tiny oasis constantly fought over by the nomadic naga clans.
>Belongs to a highly venomous breed of naga. As such, his family has been known as vicious warlords for many generations.
>Gervais has no such thirst for battle or glory, and spends most of his days basking in the sun or drinking and flirting down at the tavern
>Neck frills extend like a viper
>Semi-amphibious, can hold his breath in water for a long time, but ultimately needs air to survive.
