Every now and again I get a really dumb idea. The sort of dumb idea that won't leave me alone until I draw it.
Meet Ezra. He's a seahorse! He's also an angsty, snarky, and rebellious teenager.
He's also knocked up.

Bahaha. this gave me a good morning chuckle.
You have no clue how many times when I was preggo with Kael, that humans were like seahorses just so I could chill out for a bit big-belly free.
But I like his colors a lot, and his spikeyness. He looks a lot like the 'badasses' at my school.

Seahorses typically mate for life. The male seahorse is equipped with a brood pouch on the ventral, or front-facing, side. When mating, the female seahorse deposits the eggs in the male's pouch, which the male then internally fertilizes. The male carries the eggs until they emerge, expelling fully-developed, miniature seahorses in the water.
Seahorses also have the CUTEST mating rituals. They hold their widdle tails together, swim side by side and all sort s of other mushy romantic stuff.
