It's really hard to get out of this self confusion. School wise? Doing great, most of the time I think I don't know what I am doing but whoa, good grades?

Going to be honest here, I feel like I don't know what I am doing with my life now really, most of my interest is gone, I feel like a sack of potato here, feeling nothing. Am I a robot? Blah, am real, just confused in everything.
