This is Matilda Cody (better known as Texas Tilly) serving up food at the Dixie Diner in Colmaton, California. All operatives in the Bureau of Superheroes are required to have 'civilian' jobs, so Matilda works at the diner, which happens to be a Bureau-owned business. Matilda would rather be doing her Western cowgirl act in public, but her superiors at the Bureau thought if she performed in front of large audiences like that, people would easily figure out her true crime fighting identity. Instead, Matilda waits tables at the Dixie Diner. At least this bobcat beauty makes good tips!

She's just very confused, a LOT of things happening to her all at once. She just needs some time to sort things out in her head, and that's not as easy as it sounds when there's an alien sharing her mind. Kind of creates a new definition of 'alone' time, if you know what I mean.

A lot of things to grasp and the fact that her boyfriend is a very angry wolf right now, mainly out of concern for her doesn't help matters much. And Shodata has very few if any reference points for this sort of behavior. But in many wolves this how wolves act when they feel they themselves or their mate is threatened. And right now there is very much an increased threat level around the pair. Getting her space from Fen won't be a problem. Shodata...it's up to her how to figure that one out.
