Jessie Lo'karrt was a Jedi Knight during the final years of the Old Republic, who despite taking part in the Clone Wars, did not become a officer in the GAR. He rather used his feminine build and mind tricks as an able spy in the underworld of the galaxy. This is what allowed him the escape Order 66 and the Jedi Purge. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
