Billy's a bit of a cheapskate, and after some number crunching, he found that plumbing accounted for most of his expenses. Not wanting to give up his shower, he removed his toilet instead, and wears diapers to compensate. Or at least, that's the excuse he uses. He takes the diapers from the drug store he works at, as almost nobody buys them due to their absurd thickness. He wears them almost 24/7; in his mind each has to be very well used in order to warrant taking it off.

He's become partially incontinent as a reault but doesn't really care. Part of him wants to become fully incontinent but he's too nervous to go through with it.

(The package Billy's holding is a package of much smaller diapers; his diapers come in a package the size of a refrigerator box. [They're thick enough to reach his knees] While I haven't thought of a name for them, "Hyper Diapers" will act as the placeholder name.)
