My friend drew this as a static image for his AFK screen and I asked for the source file so i could try animating it. It was a mess of layers, but I'm really happy with how it turned out given that I've never tried animating something before.
I used PaintTool SAI v2 for drawing the effects and animation, and organising the layers, then sent it to GIMP to format it and save as a .gif
