Another sweet concept piece done by  hanazawa for me.

Got another villain who is the brain child of myself and  Toon Oni , The superpowered Boss of the criminal group Trident, Ellie Holland aka Baroness Fisho.

Originally born under the name Charli Mckinnon, Charli was the only daughter of proud and successful fishmongers/Commercial fishers who operated out of Port Lincoln in South Australia. Growing up she between school, family trips and hanging out with friends, Charli was taught the tools of the trade in the fishing industry, something she took on with a passion due to her devotion to her family. It was during this that she also discovered the secret for why her family's business of so successful, as she one day stumbled across her father shaking down members of a rival fishmonger business. Her parents were criminals, over-fishing and doctoring reports and catch records, fishing within protective marine zones and illegally catching off limit sea life.

Her father also went under the crime boss name of "The Snapper King" and would go after rival fishmongers and trawler companies, and dealing with any witnesses or traitors within his organization in brutal fashion. Her mother ran the business side of things, serving as a Front to hide and ensure the company's illegal activities would not be discovered. However the king's reign wouldn't last for long, as The Snapper King's murders didn't go unoticed, and soon caught the attention of then superhero Steel Arm Roxy, who after investigating the organization, managed to take down The Snapper King and his wife, helping shut down the illegal fishing business, and robbing Charli of her parents. Angered by this it was during a fit of rage after the courts sentence both of parents to prison, that her powers awoken as she had inherited her father's abilities of low level super strength, hyper bite and chewing, able to breath underwater and immunity to the cold.

After a visit to prison, where she had planned to break her parents out, she was instead encouraged to take up the family business and make a living for herself, as her parents figured their time was up and they rather see their only daughter carry one. She did make her parents a promise to get even with Steel Arm Roxy, who was now going under the name of Miss Amazing. With her new found powers she rebuild the business then changed her name to Ellie Holland, within the next few years she had restored the family business to it's former glory under new management, while on the side, forming her own criminal organization known as Trident, which is devoted to over-fishing, extortion, fraud and the complete dominant control of Australia's fishing industry.

Aside from her constant foe being Miss Amazing, she has also come across several Bureau of superhero agents including Captain Cook himself, and more recently faced off against Strikira during her year one as a superhero. Furthermore she has also drawn hatred from the like's of Tsunami who personally wants to take down the Baroness for her crimes against nature.
