Some new information in regards to the Rogue Techa unit Echo, apparently leaked by Echo herself. She is originally an Australian based Bat type Techanoid created to spy and monitor data and information through all forms of media. Either induced by a glitch, virus, or just getting bored, Echo is the one responsible for several riots in Australia when she altered various bits of information around. Namely presidential elections, banking information, and television. She really enjoyed how humans are so easily manipulated by media and loves such shows like Jerry Springer and tabloids and the various people that visit the internet, particularly the 'nerds.' She discovered that she can cause world wide chaos by hacking and altering data and gave the world a scare with the "World War 4 alert" which pretty much frightened the entire world, before confusing them when they realized they never had a World War 3.

She caused lots of international turmoil when she released hidden camera footage of various world leaders and celebrities doing stuff they shouldn't and enjoyed playing various pranks on humans. She is a masterful hacker and has so far eluded multiple attempts at capture and continuously mocks those after her by leaving various clues or riddles, or just outright announcing herself, such as now. Her calling card as of recently been "I'm in ur interwebs, messing wit ur files."

While not as dangerous as the other Rogue units, she is quite the troublemaker.
