Another sweet commission concept i got from  hanazawa

This lovely Numbat is another one of the Australian villains which is the brain child of myself and  Toon Oni , her name being Lola O'Dowd aka Outback Spinner

Hailing from Melbourne, she was a performance art arts and ballet dancer who had a promising career on Australia's Broadway circuit, having performed not only in several world class ballet shows, but also wished a career as a stage performer, seeking to perform around the world. However these would be dashed when during a high profile show during Melbourne's international fashion week, is she repeated heckled and distracted during her performance by non other than Destiny Jones, so much so that Lola snapped on stage and got into a verbal altercation with the canine fashion star. As a result she was seen as a laughing stock for losing her cool on stage and breaking character, dispute Destiny Jone's own reputation as a generally nasty person. She found it hard to get the big number performances she desperately wanted due to fears she wouldn't be able to deal with others having opinions on her.

When she was down on her lack she was contacted by a furson who wished to offer her a grand opportunity to get back into the spotlight, arranging a meeting with her out near Broken Hill. When she arrived she was greeted by the villain Lord of the Outback, who surprised her by stating that he had been a fan of her past performances and that it was tragic what happen to her career. He wished to help her by offering her the chance of a life time by seeking to improve her overall skills so that she may once again gain the spotlight. She was hesitant at first but was convinced by him that it would help her get back at those who dismissed her as a laughing stock, and soon enough she allowed herself to be experimented on. He gave her a version of Strong Water, a mystical element that he had been trying to recreate for the purpose of unlocking it's secrets.

However during the experiment to see it's effects on Lola, while giving her electrical stimulation to serve as a catalyst for the mixture in her, it didn't run it's course as he had intended as she thrashed on the restraint table as whirlwinds began to form within the lab, ripping equipment out of the ground and trashing the place. By the time it was over Lola had broken free from the table and stood before Lord of the Outback, feeling stronger than she ever had before, as she found she could spin herself at high speed and create powerful whirlwinds and dust devils. While not the result he hoped for, Lord of the Outback still praised this as a success and asked Lola what she would do now, with her answer being to do whatever the hell she wanted. She took up the name of Outback Spinner and began her rampage that same year, causing trouble at various fashion events and performances and making herself upfront and center stage.

She faced off against the like's of Miss Amazing and Lover Lass, as well as the Australian Bureau of Superheroes before facing off against Strikira during her year one as a superhero. Her powers being an unusual super speed ability, allowing her to spin at high rates of speeds and create massive dust devils and ground tornadoes. Her dancer background allowed her to incorporate a more ballerina style of battle dancing into her fighting style, allowing her to dance and spin her opponents around repeatedly until they were dizzy or incapacitated. She also had these giant spinning top machines designed by Lord of the Outback, which she could spin up and send out to seize her opponents, trapping them on their tops and spin them around until they passed out.
