Yeah, well, I did this specifically so  zearfox could listen in. He was able to join us for a couple hours, which was great. I may return to an evening schedule for my next UStream, though one nice thing about recording early was that I had the rest of the day to finish the editing!

Oh, man! Thanks, V! I wish I felt the same way. I rushed the script so much, and I'm so unhappy with the sound quality of my voice. I recently sold the audio interface I had used during the Finals series podcasts and bought a new one thinking it would be better. It wasn't. But thankfully I sent it back and will be getting another one of the good interfaces!

Oh thankgod! O.=.o I would have done a trial before you sold and bought the new one. Maybe they have an update of the one you like?

I just ordered the interface, and yes, this time I ordered one bundled with some audio plug-ins that may be useful in producing these podcasts! Looking forward to playing with them!

Thanks, Balto! My first job out of school was recording voice actors. It was a great job and I got to meet Don LaFontaine, Bob Bergen, Tony Jay, all the big guys. I like to think I learned as much as I could recording them all.

Man, this turned out really well. The interview with Linda Biggs was most entertaining "I got more game than Parker Brothers" lol. I'm sorry if I inconvenienced a lot of furs, with me living at GMT+8, but thanks Buck for timing this right for me, I really enjoyed watching and listening.

That's great!! I'm really glad you liked that Linda Biggs interview, I did, too.  lilifox is such an amazingly talented person, I feel so very lucky to have been able to include her in a podcast.

And don't be sorry, Big Z! I was happy to get up early so you could listen in, and in fact, it was rather nice to have the rest of the day to edit and tweak the podcast. Especially since this one needed a LOT of tweaking! My next podcast will likely be recorded in the evening again, but I'll be sure to throw in a morning recording for you now and then.

I have a feeling I'll have a lot to say over the course of this thing, so rather than try to remember it all at the end, I'll just pause and make my comments as we go. Of course, some questions may be answered a little bit later in the podcast, but I'm going with flow of consciousness here. I hope that's ok. ^^

So the FBA doesn't retire jerseys I'm guessing? If Zip-Nut can share the same jersey at the Healer himself? Or is it just too soon after his retirement? I guess if they do retire jerseys, they'd better get it sorted out, because it looks as if Z-Nut is gonna get his number retired as well, and it might be the same number. ;)

Oh hey, what is this? Manuel Katz's number gets retired the day of the ceremony? And Healey Davis's number is STILL not retired after winning 5 chips in a row?! What gives with that??? Something seems amiss in the land of furry basketball. I'm glad he's remaining with the franchise though, even if he's not out there on the court jamming on big mooses' heads. ;)

I really liked your coverage of what each of the players is doing over the offseason. It gives us some good perspective into their personalities and what they're like off the court. ^^

Holy... shit.... Wow!!! John Stout has got A MOUTH!!! That was so strong it was making me cringe a little... but I gotta say... fucking BRILLIANT performance by Alex Vance! That was amazingly well done and entertaining! I mean, I love the part where the guy in the background is like "I'm.. I'm a ferret". And it was produced so well I really felt like he was in the back of the room and got a great sense of space and setting! I really enjoyed that part a lot! Well done! :-D Though I gotta assume he should get a hefty fine for that little tirade.

Heh, very nice coverage of the AC trade and the Mayors draft plans! That is really quite the interesting story going on with that! Man, it's almost too tempting to pick up Klaus Korber just to hear the epic freakout by the Mayors on the next podcast. ^___^

Wow Linda Biggs... Never heard of her before... and I don't see her name on the draft pool roster (or any roster) anywhere. Is she actually in this year's draft? Very funny interview with her though, hehehe. Looking forward to seeing what she does on the court. ^^
