Here is another sweet concept commission i got from

Have another member of the Nasty Girls division, a faction within the Gym Brats Gang; the living battery Rebecca Heiser aka Shuckerpunch.
Born in Iowa to an Amish community, Rebecca grew up expected to become a stereotypical Amish woman, where she would be required to bare children, devote her life to study of the bible and serve the community. However growing up and being influenced by kids she met outside of the community, it was clear Rebecca was not a fan of the lifestyle she was expected to live by. She also discovered she was quite different that the other kids, as she was always prone to giving those that touched her static shocks, and that accepted electronic items such as calculators, washing machines and some vehicles would not function right if she touched or rested against them.
She was quite rebellious as well, frustrated with an existence she didn't wish to have as she grew up within the isolated community, only seeing a few visitors from out of town and the odd tourist. She wanted more to her life, and her final straw came when she was caught with a small phone that she got from one of her outside friends as a gift, with threats of her facing punishment for breaking the new technology rule. She didn't wait for that to happen and during the night she escaped from the community under the cover of darkness and lived out on the streets.
She drifted for a year, leaving Iowa and moving to Kansas, where she tried to hitchhike to Portland. Instead she was spotted by Fitness Geek, Jock Queen, Jock King and Kamikaze Rose, who happen to be driving by on the way back to Colmaton after assisting in finishing up the construction on the Gym Brat's Gauntlet base. They offered her a lift to Colmaton and let her ride with them, where she was asked about herself and told them her story. Jock Queen and Fitness Geek were interested in the fact she could inflict static shocks and affect machinery and electronics and got her to demonstrate by placing a dead cellphone in her hand, which charged up pretty quickly as she held it, much to their amazement.
The group introduced themselves to Rebecca and said that if she wanted to have a more meaningful living and purpose, she could room with them and join the gym brats gang, with promise of shelter, food, wealth and companionship, things that Rebecca herself longed for that her former Amish life didn't provide. She accepted and was put to the test during the recruitment process, with both Jock Queen and Fitness Geek acting as her supporters. Eventually she passed the test and was bumped up from freshmen to member of the Nasty Girl's elite Sorority Dames, thanks to Jock Queen pulling some strings. She was also gifted special gauntlets for her gloves that would allow her to control her powers more effectively than before.
Shuckerpunch is one of Jock Queen's most trusted Sorority Dames, with the ability to deliver powerful taser punches and discharges of electrical energy she has stored within her own body. Her body itself acts like a living battery, as she can touch objects that run off batteries or a power source, either draining the energy into herself to store or charging up said object. On top of that she is a skilled brawler, trained in Gym Brat exercise based fighting tactics and is one of the toughest foes within the Nasty Girls.

It's a nice pic, and the powerset is awesome. I can envisage her easily being the Gym Brat's deadliest brawler, as to simply touch her would be dangerous for most Agents.
That's not what the Amish are like in real life, though, just as a heads up. They don't force their children to follow their lifestyle, they actually have a custom called "Rumspringa" where a young person is allowed to roam free for a bit and sample the outside world before deciding whether they want to stay or not. They're not like Wahhabists or Puritans, they have a lot more in common with Quakers and Mennonites - they're much more open minded "Live and let live" sort of people.
