This is Trama, she is a white German Shepherd.
Her front paws have no fur, and she has cut off angel wings.
There is no fur on her front paws because she clawed into
acid trying to save her own babies from dieing but she failed.
Her ex mate ( father of the puppies) then wrapped her
arms in barbed wire to remind her of the 2 lives she failed to save.
Her bloody stubs where her wings once were are a reminder of
mortality altogether. She later mets Travesty and he is there to
tell her she is not damaged goods and can still have a life even after the
worst possible thing could happen.

The lesson of Trama is that your heart will still keep beating even if you
don't believe it can. Even the coldest and blackest of broken hearts can be healed.
