Lizardman Exploring Temple animation (Contains Video)

Some Lizardman exploring a Crypt. Maybe he used to be human at one point and now he's trying to make a living in his new life having been transformed into a Lizardman.
Tech details:
Just a quick animation I made to test animating legs independently of the rest of the animation. As with the previous Virt-A-Mate videos, the head movements and hand movements are my own motions. Due to not having full mocap capabilities, the legs right now have to be animated independently of the rest of the body by dragging each foot in turn with the motion controllers to create the effect of walking. It's by no means perfect due to how one has to move around the scene to keep up with the character (no way to speed up camera right now) which in turn can make the leg movements look a tad off at times. When you consider the core animation for this was done in just over 30 minutes, I maintain that Virt-A-Mate really will make animation creation accessible to just about anyone of any skill set :)
I've also discovered that it's now possible to animate the eyes so they're not tracking the main camera. If you look closely, you should be able to see the Lizard man's eyes looking around in a more lifelike manner. I did this by animating the eye target. Like the leg movements, I had to let the animation play and then record a new set of movements for the eye target by moving it with the motion controllers. Again quite tricky to do as I had to keep up with the Lizard mans movements and manually move the eye controller around so the eyes looked at the correct things. :)

Going full dragon would be nice although I can't see a seamless morph being possible unless there was an extremely custom dragon morph available for Genesis 2 Male which probably doesn't exist :P
With the underlying foundations of this animation, I'd love to bring this one to life in VAM: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18770759/
I've still got the raw assets I used to produce it which I should be able to import into VAM once it supports 3d model import:

VAM is going to need to get significantly more fully featured before it happens though.
