Oil submerged? SO that main compartment I see in this photo is a big pool of oil?

Yep, there is another picture of it in my gallery, with an explanation. In short, it is a ten gallon fish tank with all but the hard drives and DVD drives submerged in mineral oil to act as coolant. If you go on you tube and look up oil submerged PC, you can see some fairly cool videos on others that have been built. I would like to post my own, but my good camera is toast.
