Impact possesses powerful but unfocused telekinetic powers. Subconsciously she uses her telekinesis to aid in her flight, but on a conscious level the only use for her powers is to create a telekinetic field around a target that implodes with concussive force. The power of the blast is dependent upon how long she focuses on it, from a quick snap-shot that can cause minor damage and stun the target to a couple of seconds worth of build up that can have an effect like taking a fall from or beyond terminal velocity. The strength of her emotion at the time plays into it as well, if she were angry enough and had a good ten seconds or so, she could crush a skyscraper like a tin can.

Impact is another of the truly "good" members of the team. She's generally one of the nicest and friendliest of them, if a bit on the naive side. That's not to say she won't throw down with the rest of them if she needs to. She's haunted by the death or her true love which she feels is her fault and as a consequence has a lot of the "great power/great responsibility" complex weighing on her shoulders.

Her skimpy outfit isn't meant to be cheesecake as much as it is a matter of practicality. It's very hard to come up with an outfit for someone with wing membranes like she has. The straps across her chest could probably be a bit wider, but who wants that? It's not like she's the shy type anyway.
