Sarla is of the planet of Wonkonis, race of the phininites, one of the 2 dominant races of the planet. Living in the ocean, she is one of the board Concordin members, who makes ruling decisions about the planets status and future. However, she is one of the few members who is not a transposer, and cannot transform into a humanoid.
