Wondering why you haven't seen any art from me lately? This is why! I want to try and get 90% of this puppy done before next week (i.e. when I start working). So here are the results so far. I have a LOOONG way to go before the head is done. This is essentially just the basic shape.

Things I already see that need fixing:
-Bottom jaw is too big
-The cheeks are just a little wonky (the dummy head Im using is one of those p.o.s. hair dresser ones, so it has a slight angle when its just sitting there)
-Need to thin the structural lines up top out

I tried making a balaclava from scratch, and jesus was it a pain in the ass. Once I got the pattern right, its probably a much better option than ordering one and waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive, though.

Anyway, critique is welcome! Like I said, this is only the beginning, so I have a lot of changes to do. Just don't repeat the stuff I already pointed out, lol.
